Hello, I'm Kofi Agyekum

PhD Building Technology

I am a Lecturer and the M.Sc. Project Management Coordinator at the Department of Building Technology of KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana. I was born in Accra-Ghana, but have virtually lived my entire life in Kumasi-Ghana.

I am a professional scientist, a specialized scholar in the fields of Building Technology and Building Forensic Investigations (Building Pathology). I am also a gifted academic with good experience both locally and internationally.

Employment Period: 2010 – To date

After my BSc Degree, I served the Department of Building Technology for one year during my national service which ended in 2010. Between the periods of my MPhil Programme (i.e. 2010-2012), I was appointed as a Demonstrator at the same department and was later appointed as an Assistant Lecturer in 2013.  After my PhD in 2015, I was upgraded from an Assistant Lecturer to the rank of a Lecturer.
